I have never been treated like more of an inconvenience in my life. I called to get pricing and availability on 4 new tires and waited patiently on hold to be treated like an annoyance. Clearly they don?t need the business. Long time repeat customer lost.

I was a scheduled for 4 new tires and an alignment but because they are so short staffed they had to cancel my alignment until a later date because they were way under staffed and only had three people doing all the work and. Opulent afford to pull someone off of tires to do the alignment because the regular alignment tech called out. They need more help and more alignment techs. While sitting there I had to watch the front desk turn away 4 people due to no alignment tech and the fact they could not handle the extra work load at that time. The managers are frustrated that they don?t have the help they need to run smoothly. Something has to change for the better or you?re going to lose some great workers that are left. A lot of the workers that are there are out back smoking and playing on their phones rather than doing tire changes as one person is literally working their tail off while the others just stand there. Not good for business and certainly not good for the one actually killing himself to get the work done for all those waiting for their cars to be done. It would be nice if you brought the coffee machine back as well for those of us waiting there. Kevin, Steve. and Mike all do an amazing job.....
