Just left the Haverhill River St location. I give this place a 5 Star rating. The manager there is a pro! From the customer service to the installing of 2 tires on my mother's car. She is in the computer as a repeat customer. I had told the manager she will need 2 more tires in a couple of months. I told her to look at the manager and let him know when you are going to need the other 2. He said we will take care of what she needs. He gave me a head nod, which gave me a boost of confidence that he will. You should always have to look out for mom. Thank you! And thank you for having a pro on your team. Rolled into the Tire Warehouse at 10 minutes to 4 pm and was told I had a 35 minutes wait for a slow leak on my Right Rear tire. I was asked twice what side was the tire was it. Since I needed them to fix my tire, I told the mechanic. Done in 10 minutes. (Ran over a Screw) On my way with complete confidence of this plug. Thank you once again for being there for me and a great neighbor.
