Brought my car last Thursday to have 2 new tires put on, balanced, aligned, etc. They said it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. It was over 2 hours, never called like they said they would, and didn?t align them. They said they were never told to. I bring it back 2 days later with a booked appointment made on Thursday and said they couldn?t because there is only 2 people here and they can?t because there boss isn?t here. This place is a joke and will never be coming back. Don?t come here if you don?t want to spend all day and not get what you asked for. They offer ?free alignment checks,? and I can?t even get it done with 2 appointments booked. I don?t know how this place has a 4.7 review rate. My car shakes like hell now, take it to a real tire place without leaving frustrated.....
