Overall good experience, however, I do have one issue. I came here while on vacation and one of my tires developed a bubble in the tire wall of my front right tire. I called here and they had the rather unique tire that I needed. Brought my car in, my tires at that point were about a year old. Possibly a bit older but were very high quality, however I wasn't sure how long it would be until I needed new tires all around. When I brought the car there, they obviously saw the tire with the bubble that needed to be changed immediately, however stated that all three other tires were also in such a condition that they needed to be changed as well. They were able to offer a good price on a tire brand that I am unfamiliar with, but nonetheless it was $130 per tire, which seemed quite good to me even though I was unfamiliar with the brand. The issue that I have is that they also advertise free alignment diagnosis. I interpreted this as a free alignment , especially if purchasing all four new tires, I entered the shop expecting to change maybe two tires at the most but was convinced to change all four. I was then told after the quote free alignment diagnosis that the tires/wheels needed to be aligned and that I would be risking serious wear and tear on the tires if I did not get the alignment as well. The alignment was somewhere in the range of $125 and I wasn't totally convinced by the staff that this was necessary, but also do not know much about cars so sort of took them at their word. They put the car on a lift with the alignment equipment and threw a bunch of words at me related to car lingo about how the alignment was totally off as is. This made no sense to me however they reassured me that the car needed an alignment. They also stated that there may have been a strut issue that would prevent them from properly aligning it. They still however, still went forward with attempting to align them. They eventually agreed after some haggling to knock $15 off of the price of the alignment as I had questioned the necessity of it from the beginning/ felt that buying four new tires should likely justify getting a free alignment. My only complaint thus far is that while I've only had the car and tires for a couple of weeks is that the car is very clearly drifting to the left, which to me would indicate that the alignment was either unsuccessful or never done. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I do feel like I was taken advantage of relating to the alignment situation. My car is clearly not aligned and whether that's due to the strut issue that they mentioned or the fact that they improperly aligned the car, either way, if they were unable to perform the alignment to its completion, it should not have been offered/ pushed on me as something that needed to be completed. I went in looking to spend 3-400$ max, I walked out having spent over $900. Every other place that I've had tires done have down free alignmentmens, this is my only gripe....
