ON time with appointments, Very knowledgeable experienced tech's, not just a bunch of kids changing tires. They hand torque the lug nuts. Front office/waiting room and bathrooms are clean bright and comfortable. Manager and cashier know their business. Prices for service and tires are very competitive and they will match others prices ( even on line sellers like "Tire Rack" ) and give you a 5% discount below the best price you can find and prove. My husband and I drove up from Auburn to spend the day exploring the Tenants Harbor/Port Clyde area. Somewhere along the way we picked up a nail in a tire and the dashboard lit up indicating a problem. We are longtime customers of Tire Warehouse in Auburn and after a quick search on the internet we discovered the Rockland branch was just a few miles away. The staff there were very friendly and efficient, the waiting area and the bathroom facilities were immaculate and we were back on the road in less than twenty minutes. I brought my 2014 Toyota Tundra back here to Tire Warehouse in Rockland Maine, for a tire rotation. I brought it to the attention of Jake the manager , that my tire where showing excessive ware after 20,000 miles! After checking to see if I had purchased the protection package, which I had, and also checking that my alignment was on,Jake offered me 4 new upgraded tires, mounted and balanced on my truck, with my protection plan transferred All for A very reasonable fee! We have been a customer of Tire Warehouse for a number of years going to Belfast for great service. We were thrilled when a store opened in Rockland as it is so close to home. Recently we had to go in to have the tires rotated and the staff noticed that two of the tires had leaks. I had a flat tire on the way to the grocery store. Here I am at 5:30 on a Saturday evening with 2 young kids, wondering what I’m going to do? Limped the car over to Tire Warehouse and asked if they could take a look. I knew they were closing soon and hated to be that person that kept anyone longer than necessary. The manager said he’d see what he could do. They got my car in looked over the tire and explained that it was not repairable as hoped. They did not have a replacement tire in stock and offered to order it for Monday. I don’t live in the Rockland area and asked if it was something my local Tire Warehouse could order and install there for convenience? They got on the phone and made the arrangements with the Belfast Tire warehouse! They put on my spare tire and sent me on my way. What was originally a stressful situation for a single mother, ended up going pretty smoothly. Thank you sooo much for all the help and the top rate customer service. I would happily return in the future for tire service!....

Our family was in a bind with a blown tire and on vacation. We were in a rush to be on the road and we found VIP Tires (across the street) hoping to get a quick change. Unfortunately they didn’t have the specific tire we needed, but demonstrating the best in customer service the sales rep called Tire Warehouse to see if the competitor had our tire. TW had the tire in stock and we drove across the street to purchase the tire. The folks at TW were first-rate. They took us right in and got us back on the road quickly. The shop was clean, crew was friendly, and they took care to get us on the road quickly. Thanks to the sales rep at VIP who put the customer before competition. Sending us across the street to a competitor was the right thing to do.....

Okay, this is very odd. I rated this place a 5 star yesterday, however today my rating was changed. I don't know if I upset the gentlemen I called out for giving you a bad rating. With this being said, I have entered this place many times and have had nothing but wonderful service, the guys there know their stuff and are super friendly !!! Very knowledgeable professional staff! Went in for an alignment, and as it turned out my truck couldn’t get one at the time. Rather than letting me waste my money to only have the alignment go out the moment I left, they brought me out back and showed me what needed to be fixed. I left knowing what part needed to be replaced (and they even told me how to fix it!). Once I had the part fixed, they were very flexible in working in an appointment to get the alignment done. They did a fantastic job, and my truck runs great! One thing I genuinely appreciated too, was that they are very open with you about pricing and options.....

These guys are awesome. Friday afternoon flat. I rolled the dice, after finding my spare in unsafe condition and unable to get a plug to hold. I've gotten grief before from folks that won't plug a hole in hopes to sell you a grand in tires. I was pretty sure I knocked my car out of alignment yesterday, so this morning I called Tire Warehouse in Rockland first because they were so great the other day. Dan was able to get me right in. The guys took car of my car quickly and were very friendly once again. They didn't even tease me about my driving ha ha! Excellent customer service and follow up. I got a quote for tires for my truck and my sons car. The prices were good enough so that I did not feel like I needed to go anywhere else. They got me right in and replaced all 4 tires on my truck along with all 4 TPMS and reset the system. Then they put 2 tires on my sons car the next day. They were very professional and they even called me the following week to check in and make sure I was still happy.....

Got a punctured tire repaired. Service was great, quick and friendly. Dan and Eric were very helpful. Eric called a couple days later to make sure all was good with the repair and it was!
