I just had 4th brake job on my Hyundai Santa Fe LE Lemon in 70000 miles. Tire warehouse alerted me to a wheel bearing failure in right front wheel which i'm going to take care of in another appointment. Also it was pointed out that previous wheel alignment by another business used 4 washers on one side and it still wasn't aligned properly.

This week, I drove in to Tire Warehouse on a flat tire on a frigid morning with no prior history with them. To my gracious surprise, I was warmly welcomed by the staff who took me in without hesitation and fixed my tire, amid a busy morning and only charged me $25.00.! I had an issue with a set of Michelin tires that were wearing very quickly and it was obvious that they would not make it close to the manufacturer’s mileage warranty. But they found it was only a bad muffler and ordered one, put it in, and checked that the rest of the exhaust system was ok. So I can probably keep my car through the winter at a reasonable cost. Hit the big construction lip in Yarmouth over the weekend damaging my tires. Stopped at the Yarmouth location just after they closed at 6pm and the were GREAT! The district manager took time to look at my tires and scheduled an appt for the following day. He never made us feel rushed and explained what could be causing the issue. Highly recommended! Had a tire that was low on air so I took my car to Tire Warehouse. Sunday afternoon at 2pm. We were on a long vacation trip. They took a look and found a nail in the sidewall. Couldn't repair it. Unfortunately this Tire Warehouse didn't carry a replacement of this size. But they were able to recommend another shop that might be able to help. Anyway, these guys did the diagnostic to find the nail, provided this advice, put the spare on for me, and wrapped the old tire in a large plastic bag and put it in the back for me. All this work - maybe 20 - 30 minutes - and they didn't charge me. And they did this immediately, moving me to the front of the line. I would certainly recommend these guys. I just wish they would have had the tire and these guys could have done the work.....Read More
