Spent 10 minutes on the phone to have my call transferred to the store. They gave the store no info and I got no quote but they made sure I had an appointment time confirmed 1st for same day 4 new tires when I was trying to get my car towed in from the side of the road. All I needed to know was should I come there today and do you have the tire(s) and maybe a rough cost. Do better

The person (older gentleman) was extremely helpful, notified me that one of the wheel caps was missing and provided insight on the tire wear of the old tires. He gets 5 stars! However, the younger gentleman that set up the appointment had extremely slurred speech indicating impairment, complained about the company he works for, and appeared to drift off while waiting for the receipt to print. Were it not for the older gentleman?s insistence on replacing the tires, I would have been concerned for the safety of the installation.....
