First I booked an appointment online, when in for my appointment. They didn?t have any of my info and the tires I chose were not in stock. I showed them proof of my appointment at that location. They said this happens all the time and couldn?t do anything about it. I went in expecting to pay $600 for my tires and installation. Ended up paying $900+ because they had no other tires in stock. Got them installed, next morning one of them was flat. They did not do their due diligence of checking the air valves. The employees were bickering with each other the entire time I was there. Overall, a pretty awful experience. The only thing I will say, I think her name was Autumn, she was very kind and tried to lower the rate of the tires. They also fixed the flat tire the next day which was great. I would greatly appreciate something for this terrible experience, otherwise I?d probably never reccomend or go back here again.....
