We were directed to the Tire Warehouse by our rental car company after blowing a tire with no spare provided in the vehicle .Upon arrival we learned that our rental company ,however , would not agree to the required service in spite of some lengthy discussion and explanation directly with Mike . We ended up having the vehicle towed for a second time to the Portland Jetport to facilitate an exchange . Mike and his team were very patient and accommodating in helping deal with this unpleasant situation in spite of not getting the work order. In the end Mike personally drove this very distressed couple to the Portland Jetport .We so appreciated his unsolicited act of kindness. They were very professional throughout the ordeal.....

Employees at the office were outstanding, new tire little time. The call center had to be among the worst ! Talked with them twice, never again, very hard to understand and I believe they?re in a different country ??.. doesn?t work for me. You need a direct line to the shop for people that know what there talking about
