Have taken my car to this Tire Warehouse for years and never had any issues. This past weekend I set up an appointment to have new tires installed and chose my tires when making the appointment as I always do. The quote I received and what I was actually charged was drastically different! I always expect to pay a bit more than quoted due to fees and taxes, but this is unbelievable! When I spoke with their customer service they told me that prices can be changed without notice and that I should have read the website. Also saying that the price I was quoted was just for the tires, but my bill breakdown says otherwise because that wasn?t even just the cost of the tires! She also told the that the prices on the website are not the correct prices. Why are they listed then!? If you?re sending your paying customers ?estimates? from what you list on your site the prices should be the correct price.This was an absolutely horrible experience, and the fact that my total bill was double my estimated cost? I have no words!....
