If I could leave less than a one star I would! My experience last Friday here was ridiculous, I got in fairly quickly same day actually which was nice I?ll give them that. I fast forward to go pick my vehicle up, I got an alignment and two tires mounted and balanced ( tires I bought that were basically new ). As I went to check out he told me it was $304 which I then asked why it was so much and he looked and re assured me of the cost of everything so I went and paid when I looked at the receipt, i was charged for two alignments at $129.99 a piece, remind you he went back and looked? How don?t you realize you charged someone for two if you went back and looked. Besides the point, when I was leaving I realized I never got a paper showing how bad my alignment was and how it was fixed as majority of all places I?ve ever been for alignments give you this. Along with a courtesy inspection, which they give you a paper for that too. Not a big deal, it was just highly annoying and unprofessional. As I?m driving it still shakes a little like the type of shake with unbalanced tires, I look at the rim when I pulled over and there are 24 weights on my right rim and 14 on my left rim, which any mechanic I have ever been to informed me that either you have a bent rim and that?s how they were able to balance them or they didn?t balance it correctly ( I?ve never seen this many weights on a rim before ) and never was a bent rim mentioned ( as I got the courtesy inspection as they say on my receipt ) so I wait for my refund 6 days later! And then I call and ask to speak to the manager who was on the phone that answered, I told him about my experience of all the things I?ve stated and asked why there was that many weights. He responded I had a kink or something in my tire and that?s how they balanced it. And stated that happens with buying used tires. I?m sorry that was NEVER mentioned when I picked my vehicle up and it would of been mentioned especially since I got that courtesy inspection they claimed to do. Never in my life have I heard of a tire having a kink so to be balanced it needs 24 weights on the rim? That?s RIDICULOUS. The people here are clearly not trained properly and don?t know what they are doing. Not to mention know how to work a computer to look over and make sure there not over charging people! Single mom here who had $150 left to her name and they took $130 extra from me that they didn?t need to and then I had to wait 6 business days to get it back? Got it 5 days later. Just very unprofessional at this location! manager didn?t seem like he cared not a single ?im sorry you didn?t have a good experience? NOTHING. What a great manager! 🙂 not saying all these locations are like this one but I would avoid the arundel location 100%. Filed a complaint to corporate about this as well!
