I called today to have Seth make me an appointment to get new tires and got a foreign call center. I hung up the first time thinking something went wrong. I have the number saved to my contacts. The second time I called it was a dibacal. What happened to Seth? He's answered the phone every time for the last 8 years that I've been happily going there. I work just up the street from tire warehouse. I shouldn't have to call out of the country to make an appointment. Seth and his guys are awesome local professionals that take perfect care of their customers. Having a call center with no knowledge of tires replace a seasoned professional like Seth who answers the phone and always helps me pick out the best tires before I get there, is a huge mistake. I don't want to take my business elsewhere but if I can't call and talk to Seth, I'll find a new Seth and a tire franchise that answers their own phone. Huge mistake on your part Tire Warehouse!! Nothing good can come from not letting local folks call their local businesses and have familiar voices answer the phone. Sucks that I have to downgrade my previous 5 star review. They're good people over there at Tire Warehouse.....

Not sure what is going on, but appears tire warehouse has now started using a calling service, what a disaster this was. Called three times to make an appointment and they kept texting me the wrong time I made the appointment for, finally I just gave up. Not sure who decided to start this but definitely a bad idea. The entire reason I have been going there for the last 20 years is because of the local personal feel and being able to speak to the people at the location. Now I have to speak to someone that I can not even understand. After 20 years you will now be losing my business. Whoever decided to start this should be fired. Good luck you will figure it out after you lose all of your business.....
