This place used to be our go-to tire shop. Now they won't do any tires that aren't brand new or only 1 tire. It's not worth them getting up! We now go to High St. where they are willing to help!

Scheduled an appointment online, selected new tires, alignment and state inspection. I called the day before the appointment to confirm everything was all set and was then told they didn?t have those tires in stock and that they don?t do state inspections at this location. Why wasn?t that checked when the appointment was made days earlier? Then I drop it off and mention the tire pressure light keeps coming on and asked them to check that and call me for pricing if it needed replacing. I never received a call. I called 5 hours later and they had not checked that at all. At this point I said forget it. I went to pick up and car and stood in the office for a good 10 minutes before anyone came out to help me and check me out. I brought it to a different shop the next day and was told the alignment was SEVERELY off and needs to be done ASAP. Why wasn?t this completed as requested or at least told me when checking out that it would need to be done soon. Extremely disappointed in this experience and service, will not be going back here or recommending to anyone.....
