When in for 3 of my four tires to be swapped over with tires I purchased online, the fourth has an irrelevant story, when I left after paying for the service, I reached 45 mph, noticed a shaking with my car, turned around and returned to the shop, told them of my experience, they checked the balance on the 3 tires, they said one of the tires was off balance, I left, took my car to the highway, the problem was still there, I immediately returned trying to understand what was going on, they gave me some reasons on what could be happening with new tires and such, my car only had just under 18,000 miles, I made an appointment with my dealership, I told them what I was experiencing, never mentioned anything about the tire change over because I didn?t want them to give me some potential story that they could throw blame and just charge me for something, well, it turned out that the 3 tires swapped and balanced were all off balance. I went back to this site, explained what was just found and told them I was only asking for them to make it right on the balance cost, that I had paid, I mean I gave them a chance by choosing their buisness and two additional times after finding out the problem, not only that, little did I know, they caused damage (surface damage) to my rims, the scratches are impossible to get where they are, around the lugnuts where they would be held tight on a machine for balancing, they refused to make it right on the cost of balancing, we?re talking a measly 20/30 dollars here, my request for the making right was for the principle. They wanted to give me credit for a future return, two problems with that, one, I have four new tires, it will be a long time before I need anything done with tires potentially and the other is, I had to pay two times to have a job done that should of been done right the first time. I called their district manager to try and get this worked out before posting this but I have yet to get a response and I will continue posting this until I do.
