First of all I had a appointment for 1pm on Thursday the 9th in ur gardner office and came Friday still my car hasn't been worked Just just to put in 4 new tires and allimgemt. After exhausted ally day making phone call amd getting falls promises Brian said he would take care of part of my ticket it's what he said Friday came and went no car it wasn't ready so come Saturday I was really tired pissed and new and understood because Im a older woman they didn't care adequately for my needs of needed my car missed my Friday appointment by the way So after calling all day Saturday they said my car might mind you be ready for 4pm I said no I been doing business with ur company for many years not just me all my family been using ur company for all our cars. So they called about 2 ro 3 pm my car was ready so I got a ride went to pick it up they manager helped with my ticket I was happy for his help thank him even congrats to him for his new position He been there for years and I had work with him before I took my car home and it was making a screeching noisey tire light was on So I went back to see him he said maybe a little Rock stuck in ur brake it would just crumble off Now its that Saturday 2 of the weights on the tires fell off some of the weights are plastic sticking out of the tire and I have no others means of transportation and my car its not aligned. Don't trust them anymore and I would put it out there how shity job they are doing there Still my car it's parked....
