I called and made an appointment for 11:00 A.M. to get two snow tires that i already had mounted and balanced. I got there about 10 minutes before 11, and checked in. They didnt give me a time frame, but I figured maybe an hour or two max. Well, I waited 2 hrs. and 45 minutes before asking how much longer it would take. I was told your car is next. Someone else came in soon after, and I see them working on their car... I waited for a total of 4 hours to get 2 tires mounted and balanced. The woman at the front desk was very rude and clearly frazzled. Apparently she is the owners wife. But it doesnt seem that she is a customer service professional. She was speaking negatively about customers right at the front desk and was very loud and unprofessional taking customer calls over speakerphone etc. I don't understand the point of making an appointment if its going to be a 4 hr. wait anyhow? I have walked into tire places without an appointment and been in and out in less than an hour. Clearly, this was a bad day for this business.
