I go in the week before to get an estimate. I was told the amount and was told that if I go ahead, the tires will have to be ordered. I called last week and set up an appointment for Friday. The rep I spoke with took my information and set me for a Friday appointment. I also told her that I was informed that the tires would have to be ordered. I get transferred to a manager. No response. She then let's me know that a manager will call me back. No call back. I go to the appointment and was informed that they only have 3 of the 4 tires. They look for comparable tires around the price and told me they would have them the next day. I go back, drop my vehicle off, only to get a text saying they ordered the wrong size and the right ones should be delivered. Mind you, they already have my vehicle's information! I was able to get $100 off the price and was told that it should be delivered on Monday around 10 or 11 and I would get a call to drop off my vehicle. I called them on Monday because I hadn't heard back, just to be informed that there is no scheduled delivery time and they drop it off whenever they can, there's nothing they can do about. Later on I get a text saying that tires weren't delivered due to a driver shortage and they can try again tomorrow. I don't have time for these silly games! If I'm expected to pay a lot of money for a service, then I expect that service! I'll just go somewhere else where they keep their word! Thanks for wasting my time!!!!....Read More
