I was a loyal customer but won't be back. This shop was unable to repair a TPMS issue with my car after 4 attempts. The manager, Keith Renaud, agreed to a refund and claimed he submitted it, but it never appeared in my account. I had to call and/or drop by the store seven times to check on its status. Each time Keith gave me an explanation for why it hadn't appeared yet but promised it was on its way. After two months I called their parent company's (Monro, Inc) customer service and they said the store had never requested a refund but couldn't do it until Keith submitted it. Long story short, I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The Monro rep informed me through them that Keith had never submitted a refund and apologized. Now, finally, after three months of his run-around I received the refund. I'm left to conclude that he is either incompetent or lied to my face repeatedly. Either way, I won't be back. Before taking your car here, I'd recommended looking at the information on their parent company, Monro, Inc, on the BBB website. In the last three years, they've had to settle 799 claims against their business. Save yourself the time and headache of dealing with this disrespectful place.....
