Booked an appointment online for 4 new tires an a alignment for labor day for a drop off time between 730-11. Showed up right at 730 and the store was closed? Waited around til 8 figuring someone was just having a rough morning but again nobody showed up. 3 other cars also showed up and left by the time I was waiting so seemed to have missed out on quite a bit of a business. I understand it's a holiday but I booked the appointment on Friday so considering Ive received phone calls in the past when there's been issues I figured everything was all set to go. To bad, used to be go to place to get new tires but after reading recent reviews seems I should take my business elsewhere.....

Had a 9am appointment got here at 845 it?s now noon and still sitting here took them 2+ hours to realize they had the wrong tires. The manager shows up yelling and swearing in front of everyone because he wanted the day off .Then after all that time they didn?t do the alignment. Then when I get home I find the flare I paid for them to throw out jammed in my back seat! This place is beyond disgusting and unprofessional! Passenger seat and rear has so much grime on it because of this. Worst service imaginable I would suggest driving on flats before going to them....
