Terrible communication. Dropped my car off at 3pm for one tire to get replaced, place closes at 6. Called close to 6 and they said they hadn't got to it. Left my car there overnight so they could do it in the morning. Called around noon the next day and no one picked up/voicemail was full. Tried calling several times and being connected through - no luck. A contracted operator said he couldn't get ahold of anyone either and would have them call me back. Never got a call back. Had to have my husband bring me down later in the day, in person, just to get an update on my car. Apparently it had been done and no one contacted me - half the weekend without a car and just waiting for someone to say it was ready.....
