I came this Monday for a tire rotation and spare wheel replacement. 2 Young guys came to talk first and they understood and asked me to put it in the bay area. When they immediately started to jack up my car by the middle of the car I told them it's a heavy car. They said they know what they are doing. They finished damaging the rail underneath with only 2 pumps up. I immediately asked to stop. I decided to leave at this point bc I was pissed off. You have a specific point to jack these heavy cars. I'm very disappointed with that. Took the day off to finish my wife's car and not even a tire rotation I could get here.....

I came in looking for new tires (I had ruined the valve stems--don't' ask) and these guys looked them over and offered to just replace the valve stems and pressure sensors instead, since the tires still had a lot of life left in them. It's rare that anyone tries to undersell me on anything these days, but these guys did and earned a loyal customer for life. Not only did the replacement cost less than half what I was expecting to spend, my tire pressure system was already failing and they fixed it for about half what my dealer had quoted me. The work was also quick, clean, and professional. Whether it's tires, alignment, batteries, or anything else these guys offer, you can bet I'll be going to them again.....
