I had to go three times to get a slow leak in my tire fixed. On the third attempt I even made a scheduled appointment. Which was a waste of time cause it didn't matter. I ended up having to find a ride home and leave my vehicle over night just to get it fixed. It took three times going before I was able to get it taken care of. I have been a long time customer. And was very disappointed. Im not sure if it worth going back or finding some where new.....

I had a good experience on my recent visit. Jeff was very professional and handling customer transactions as efficiently, patiently, and courteously as possible despite the phone line being very busy as well. I also enjoyed the television program while I waited. I also appreciate being helped even though I am not very good at keeping my car spotless. I also appreciate the installers efforts because it is cold outside. One more reason I went to Tire Warehouse is because I was able to get a Saturday appointment one week earlier than your competition. I am happy to have new tires on my car once again so I can get where I'm going a lot more safely.....
