Bought tires for 900 they didnt check the vavle stems so the tires slowly started leaking after a week/2weeks. i made an appointment told them i wanted four stems basically called me a liar said they needed to fill my tires and i had to drive around on them. instead of checking them and changing them like i wanted. now with uneven tire pressure my tires are worm after five months. The lady that manages the shop showed up for my 7:30 appointment rude at 7:27 after booking me in the system said it wasnt going to get done till after 8. Why be there was no employees at work yet. Ive made multiple visits each time ends in yelling and nothing getting accomplished. I wasted 900 dollars the services are junk with no assistance. I remeber years ago a kid named todd rendstrom ran that place flawlessly. This lady cant seem to get out of bed in the am. Of course the company is owned by monro inc and you cannot for the life of you speak to any supervisor. After reading the reviews had i known of this nightmare i would have gone to seabrook tire or tire warehouse hell id rather go to walmart auto center.....
