Nice folks, but scheduling needs some work. I made an appointment several days in advance for 1:30pm just to put my snow tires on. I didn't leave the place until 4:15pm, which I thought was ridiculous. Work on the scheduling process folks!

Signed up for an appointment and showed up and discovered that my online appointment had not gone through and I had to come back a week later. I patiently came back a week later, got tires changed, but got in the can and they had thrown four wet, dirty tires in without any bags. Mud all over the back of my clean van and grease prints on my door, grease on my steering wheel and a dirty Kleenex on my steering wheel column. If you care about the interior of your vehicle this ain?t the place to go. Very disappointing.....
