Well. Now I know. I made an appointment with one of the guys working there, not through the animated system. The tires I was quoted weren't in stock but I was assured that the truck would be delivering them the day of my appointment. On the day of the appointment I called to confirm my appointment time. The guy said that he couldn't find me in the system. Didn't know what to tell me and they didn't have the tires I needed. I put my assertive hat on. I told them this was their mistake for not correctly putting in my appointment. They then said they had found me in the system, but the truck wasn't in yet and there was no way to guarantee my tires were on there. I explained to them that if I order food for my store, I expect the food will show up on the Sysco truck. It felt like maybe they didn't order the tires and were trying to cover each other's backs. I told them I was on my way already and was going to make it to my originally planned appointment. Mind you I had rearranged my whole day to make this work and desperately needed these tires as mine were bald. When I got there a guy in the parking lot told me the truck had come and they got my tires. I sat in the waiting room, watching the rats running back and forth through the tires, with 5 other frustrated people. When it was done, he charged me and I left. It was cheaper then estimated, but I didn't think much of it. Eager to get out of there. Yesterday I thought to check the tires. They are the wrong size, and not the brand I had ordered! I've been trying to call them to get this cleared up, but no response. I never leave reviews, positive or negative. I get it. There are hard days. But this was very poorly managed.....

Why have an online system if it does not serve a purpose? Chose my tires online. Made an appointment. ?We?d have to order those, it?s always just better to call us.? Fine, but, maybe just say that on your website and get rid of your inventory search. Going somewhere else. Waste of time.
