Very knowledgeable staff of all vehicle types, both old and new. I highly recommend the store. They keep coming back for all our tire needs, whether it is for a new set of tires or a repair. This is our third time shopping here and we will continue to shop here in the future.

Made appointment to buy new set of all weather tires. Sat for two hours only to be told they had no tires for my car? inventory issue. went back at 5 the next day for tires and alignment. Told it would be two hours. Went out to eat and was called an hour later to come pick up my car. Told him I would be by in a half hour bc I just got served dinner. He asked me to come asap bc he had a long drive home. Picked up at 6:30 with new tires. Drove out of town the next day and my tire l sensor light came on. Once in town I returned to TW to see why my tire light came on. Turns out they broke a sensor during installation. When I went to the counter to inquire about next steps, like replacing my sensor, I was ignored by the two men there. I waited a half hour until I finally left. Not at all impressed and they have not called me about it when they know they did wrong.....
