I made an appointment online for the following day for 11:30 AM for a winter tire change over. Their online appointment schedule had lots of availability but at 9:30 of the day of the appointment I got a call from the store saying that they were double and triple overbooked And basically couldn?t do the tire change over for almost a week yet their online scheduler says there is plenty of availability. A person I talked to at the store says their system does not look at what they already have booked so it happens all the time. This is a really poor way of doing business. I scheduled around my day for that appointment for it to be canceled at the last minute. They obviously have a major issue with their booking program....
