I booked online for a 7:30 AM appointment and selected the exact services I wanted. The online total was $270. The invoice I ended up paying was $343. Nothing about the job changed. I asked for the same work I booked. The extra charges were simply added on after my car was already in the bay, and I was told about them at the counter rather than before the work started. I was traveling through and on a tight schedule, so I paid it. That's the part that bothers me most ? once your car is up on the lift and you have somewhere to be, you don't really have a choice, and it's hard not to feel that was the point. I'll say plainly that I'm from out of state and it did not feel like a local customer would have been handed the same invoice. I can't prove that. What I can prove is the gap between the price I was quoted online and the price I was charged. The timing was no better. A 7:30 appointment for two tires, and my car wasn't finished until 9:10. If you book here, screenshot your online quote before you walk in, and ask for an itemized invoice before you hand over a card.....
