I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to tires. The friendly staff really quickly and cheaply sorted out my flat and got me back on my way! Would definitely recommend

If you had tire mounting services performed at the Rutland, VT Tire warehouse on 12/16/24 check your rims for circumferential scratches due to a broken tire demounting piece. I started my interaction with the manager, Nathan Davis, a number of days prior when I was ordering tires for my vehicle. On the day of service, I found out Nathan ordered the wrong tires and attempted to blame me for the miscommunication. We were able to move past this and decided on a different tire. The service itself was actually performed fairly quickly and I was on my way. I stopped at a store down the road and took a look at my newly mounted tires and noticed circumferential scratches on my rims. I returned to Tire Warehouse and was almost immediately greeted with Nathan?s signature aggression which has been expressed by multiple reviewers. Nathan initially attempted to deny what was presumed to be an accident. We both walked out, assessed the damages, and Nathan continued to deny that the damages were caused by one of their machines. While this is happening, I noticed a vehicle next to mine with even worse circumferential GOUGES. I asked Nathan if this vehicle had just had its tires changed and he openly replied that it had. I pointed out the obvious gouges and he was finally able to agree that the damage was most likely from his machines. Nathan then attempted to reimburse me a few hundred dollars for the damages that I presumed were more extensive than what he was offered and I declined. Nathan and I continued a heated discussion and eventually Nathan had us walk back into the store so he could ?check something?. While waiting at the front desk, Nathan went out back. He returned shortly after swearing and visibly angry. Nathan went to the metal storage cabinet on the wall behind the desk and retrieved a part from it and handed it to one of his employees. Nathan confirmed my suspicion of a broken piece that damaged my rims. Continued debate about reimbursement options ensued and it was decided an insurance claim through their adjusters would be pursued. I was eventually able to convince Nathan to get me in contact with his district manager Ryan Habeck. Ryan called me the next day and we discussed the events that happened the day prior and ensured that an adjuster would be out in 4-6 weeks to assess the damage. This call happened on 12/17/24?. It?s now 2/26/25 without a response from anyone representing Monro INC. I would avoid this specific establishment at all costs as long as Nathan is the current manager. I?m baffled a company would keep a consistently underperforming employee in a managerial position after numerous complaints. I suppose the lack of workforce could be one of the driving factors that keeps Nathan in his position. I was attempting to avoid writing a stereotypical, disgruntled customer review but after no resolution, here we are. Enjoy some pictures of the damages to my vehicle and the vehicle that was next to mine.....
