Now that my insurance company has labeled me not at fault I figured I?d share my awful experience with this place. I ordered tires online from a third party website and arrived on the date and time I had scheduled, early even. I was told I?d have to reschedule because I was supposed to call ahead so they could ?get my tires ready?. Okay, that?s fine. I work in customer service and like to consider myself very patient and understanding in these matters. The next day I came in, 20 or so minutes early, dropped off my car and my girlfriend and I walked to Dunkin for some breakfast. We came back and sat in the lobby, and about 35 minutes after I drop my car off a rep comes out and told me they lost my tires. He said fedex must?ve delivered them to the wrong place. I showed him the tracking on my phone and where someone signed for it, and I said ?I have a signature. Do you know who JBASSTTE is?? The rep says ?oh that?s me? and says he?ll take another look for my tires. At this point I still haven?t made a fuss, and my girlfriend and I were just discussing that it was weird that I was made to reschedule to find my tires and my tires were not found before i arrived, nor was I called and told that they couldn?t find them. After a couple more minutes the same guy and what I assume to be the store manager roll a completely different tire out to me, telling me that it?s the only fedex order they have and they must?ve signed for the wrong tires. I was explaining to them that it?s not even from the same 3rd party website, and they kept insisting that it wasn?t their fault and it must?ve been fedex. At this point I said whatever, I have work in a few hours, I?ll go home and call FedEx and see what happened. I?m waiting in line for my keys and suddenly the employee comes out and says he found my tires. Great! At this point I should?ve thrown them in my car and gone home, but I just wanted them on. A couple more moments of waiting around and I got to take my car, the manager was apologizing towards the end and hey, I was still understanding, saying ?that?s alright, stuff happens, no big deal? I was ready to let it go until I found the gift they left on my mirror. Failed to mention it, I saw a piece flapping around that wasn?t there before on my drive home and said ?must?ve damaged the trim a bit, no big deal? If you like your car don?t bring it here....
