ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! Never have I had to deal with such poor customer service or incompetence. Went in with a flat tire Sunday early afternoon. Told it couldn't be fix. They would get the tire from another place and it would be done Monday. Monday afternoon, I called for update. Told they would pick it up that night and would be fixed Tuesday. Tuesday night. 6:30pm. Had a friend stop by to check cuz they hadn't picked up the phone all day. She was told the manager spaced it and was on his way to get it now. Wednesday morning. Still not picking up their phone. But hey, they picked up when my friend called. Wally (the manager) told her he spaced it and was gonna do it now. Hubby just picked up the tire. They told him I dropped it off yesterday. OBVIOUS LIE. Then wanted money for the roadside hazard covered tire they made us wait and kept us hanging on for THREE DAYS. Breaks my heart to leave this review to a place that I loved for years. But the service and attitudes have gone downhill bad in the past few months. The new MANAGEMENT is INCREDIBLY BAD. They don't care about their customers at all anymore. It's very unfortunate. I'm done. Not going back until they treat people like people again and not like you're bothering them or a pain because you just wanna know when you will be able to drive your car again. Right now, they're too busy working on their own vehicles and complaining about everything then actually taking care of the customers. The manager actually giggled when he told my friend that he had spaced it on my tire. 3 days of no car and ZERO COMMUNICATION IS no laughing matter. UPDATE! Turns out that they do know how to use the phone to call customers. They've called twice since this review. No message. NO APOLOGIES.....
