I can't say enough good things about Tire Warehouse. Even though they are clearly short-staffed and working under challenging conditions, the team consistently goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. The mechanics are knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about doing the job right. Every time I've needed service, they've treated me with respect, communicated clearly, and made sure my vehicle was safe and ready to go. A special shoutout to Garrett and his team. Garrett leads by example, treats customers with respect, and works tirelessly to keep things running smoothly despite the challenges they face. Corporate should be proud and grateful to have someone like Garrett managing this location. His dedication, leadership, and commitment to customer satisfaction are evident every day. It's easy to overlook the hard work these technicians put in when they're stretched thin, but they deserve a lot of credit. The man who works here is amazing. I think it?s just him and his son. Walmart auto left me high and dry all the way in st Albans , had me pay for a service and gave me NO TIRES and my dummy was failing I was praying the whole way there. They turned me away with no tires and no solution 6 months pregnant. I called this place and he told me he was all booked but to show up and he will atleast get me safe on the road. He did exactly that and more. He even removed a huge dent in my fender that was blocking me from opening and closing my front door. I sat there for under 20 minutes, he didn?t overcharge me, gave me amazing advice for next time and then sent me on my way. I was so grateful and I?ve now recommended him to my entire family.
