Would not recommend if you want good customer service. I have been here countless times, always had nice people around, they had great prices and we had a good experience until today. About 2 weeks ago my husband took his truck in to have the tires rotated. They were great. Well he goes to do his breaks today when he notices that 3 lug nuts are stripped so he goes to talk to them about replacing them or just figure something out on why they stripped them so now you can?t even get the tires off. The guy behind the counter proceeded to laugh in his face and tell him that?s not their problem and that this happens overtime and that it?s from taking them on and off. Mind you he just got the truck two years ago and the only people that touched the tires work right here! Make that make sense. Also he just did the breaks about a year ago and had no problem getting them off and they clearly had no trouble when they just changed the tires over. So how would this not be their problem?....
