They screwed us. We live in CT and were visiting Maine. We had a tire blowout on the highway at 630pm. No one would help us that night so we had to get a hotel. I called this place because it was close to the hotel and they had good reviews. They gave us an appointment at 8am the next morning. They looked at the car and said we needed 4 new tires even though only 1 blew out and the car only had 22,300 miles on it. And because it?s a hybrid they said you had to get 4 tires. So we agree to $980 with alignment and balancing etc. they do the work but then say they can?t do alignment because they don?t have the software update. So we pay $856 and leave. We get on the highway and the car starts shaking bad. So we pull off highway and go to their other location near Scarborough. There they tell us it?s an alignment issue. But they can?t do alignment either. We already made an appointment to get an alignment in CT when we get home. But the guy says the tires were all inflated to 45 psi when it should be 36. So he takes them all down to 36. First red flag!!! But they send us on our way and said yes we?re safe to go to Ct. The car still shakes on the highway. We ask AI and it said the rear tires weren?t balanced but it?s not catastrophic and we can go the 192 miles to CT but don?t go over 65 mph on the highway. It was a miserable ride back. Then we take it this morning when we?re home to their sister company Monro Auto Care in New London CT and they tell us all the things they didn?t do that we paid for. They didn?t balance the tires. At Monro they fixed the tires and also did the alignment. And said they were so sorry for how we got screwed in Maine. I?m irate. How do you take $1000 from someone who is stranded and screw them? It?s atrocious. I can?t get away with not doing my job and screwing people over where i work. How can they? It?s horrendous. Stay away!!! Don?t believe the good reviews. Or maybe they only take good care of locals. They felt fine to screw us because they?d never see us again. Disgusting behavior. Side note: We had a flat in NY 2 years ago and a company there took care of us even though we weren?t local and they probably wouldn?t see us again. Shame on Tire Warehouse!!!....Read More

Stopped in with a flat, but was in need of 4 new tires anyway. Received great customer service. Was given some options for new tires, asked for a recommendation and wasn't recommended/pressured into the highest price option. Service/replacement was done in a timely manner.
