I decided not to have my vehicle serviced at Mr. Tire due to my interaction with the manager. I found him to be rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to provide a reasonable explanation for his actions. When I attempted to discuss my concerns and understand the reasoning behind his decisions, I was not given clear answers and my questions were dismissed. Based on that experience, I no longer had confidence in the service and chose to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere.....

Car drove so badly after leaving that I had to return immediately. Car drove as if the tire mounted on was never balanced properly. I felt so unsafe after leaving that I paid to have a mechanic come out to my home and recheck all the work done. Had to replace 6 studs in total from them being cross threaded and then forced on with an impact gun while not properly threaded. Go anywhere else
