My car decided to act up at 5 o'clock on a Friday while I was visiting from out of state. I had been planning to go back to Maine that afternoon, so I was almost out of my meds and it really was quickly becoming an emergency. No one I called (who answered) could see me to diagnose, or even just get me on the schedule for over a week. Tire Warehouse picked up the phone right away (press 3 to talk to the actual people at the local location) and told me to bring my car right down and they would squeeze me in. It turned out to be a problem with my tie rods and not only were they willing to work on it, I felt that they went above and beyond to get it done as soon as possible. There was a struggle trying to find anywhere that had the part in stock for my car, and I think the guys here at Tire Warehouse in Keene really searched everywhere. They gave me a realistic idea of what the timeline would look like for getting the part and completing the repair. I think the guy I spoke with the most is named Kevin (sorry if I'm misremembering) He called me and updated me as soon as he had any additional information. I felt like I was really kept in the loop, and I was willing to accept that I probably was going to be stuck in town until Monday afternoon. However, I got a call on Saturday telling me there was great news- the part was on its way to the shop for that day's delivery. They had me bring my car in before the part arrived so they could immediately install it and get me back on the road. Not only did they fix the issue that was keeping me from driving my car, they told me the other work I needed to get done once I got back to my mechanic in Maine. I am truly grateful for the service I received at this Tire Warehouse. It's always a scary gamble to go to a new repair shop, especially when you're from out of town and have no idea what you might be getting into. These guys didn't take me for a ride at any point, the communication was forthcoming and personable, and I felt the price was fair. I hope Tire Warehouse understands and appreciates that they have some exceptional staff at this location.....
