Purchase a full set of tires with 50,000 mi warranty. Front driver tire went flat before I reached 8,000 miles. Tire Warehouse says I have to contact manufacturer for warranty. Manufacturer says tire warehouse is supposed to process the warranty. I show up the next morning for my tire, they tell me it's not arrived. I leave, and receive a phone call halfway to my destination saying they made a mistake and that my tire is ready. Tire Warehouse manager tells me that they don't process warranties for that manufacturer, and that they cannot help me. They then give me paperwork for the new tire saying my vehicle's mileage is zero. That voids any warranty for the tire I just purchased. This place is gone downhill, and they don't care about their customers. Update 9/2026 - Rear driver tire has loads of tread, but won't hold air. Another waste of money from these scammers. VIP is the better option.....
