I arrived at 8:00 AM for a wheel alignment service as i had commitments in the late afternoon. On my way home, I immediately noticed that the steering wheel was not centered. I called the shop and was told to return so they could correct the issue. When I arrived for the second time, I was required to wait while all other customers were taken care of, even though the original service had not been completed correctly and should have been prioritized ( in my humble opinion). After waiting, the alignment was adjusted again, but when I left the second time at 2pm the steering wheel is still not centered. In addition to the service issue, the employee assisting me was extremely rude and unprofessional. He spoke in a demeaning manner, used profanity, and eventually stormed out angrily. This experience was very frustrating, and far below the level of customer service I expected. I left in tears. I was genuinely shocked by his behavior as I have received decent service there in the past. I am sorry you had a bad day but you shouldn't take your frustrations out on the customer.
