I spent 3 hours there. Had an appointment at 7:30am and they had my car for the entire 3 hours. The appointment was for new tires and an alignment. After 2 hours I was finally told the person working on my car had only done 1 alignment previous to my car. No one was supervising this person. 4 days later I?m out of state and have all 4 of my tires loosing air. I added air to the tires. 6 days later I go to drive my car and again all 4 tires need air. I bring my car back in when I?m back in town. The front desk ?man? was very rude. Had every excuse that they are short staffed, the weather makes tires fluctuate. My tire shouldn?t go from 32PSI to 22.5 PSI. That?s not a little fluctuating. I sit outside and I can hear the guys working and one of them tells the original guy that worked on my car that he never cleaned the rims or around my valve stem. No one bothered to give me an explanation at the end. I got called into the office and was told to sign here, when I asked what the issue was he said ?I don?t know? I went out to the car, it?s still sitting in the bay. I tried to find the other two guys to see if I drive it out of the bay or if they do. Couldn?t find anyone.
