Amazing experience. Service was quick and everyone was very friendly. Ben got my car in very quickly even with them being busy. Was in and out with repair done in 2 hours. Amazing team!

I used the online portal to book the appointment. Which allowed me to pick the next day for an appointment. I booked for 11AM the next day. I followed the online instruction to call ahead before my appointment to confirm my tires were on site. I was sent to an answering service. They told me someone from the store would call me back. West Lebanon NH location. I didn?t get a call back for hours. I called multiple times requesting a call back leaving my phone number and also leaving my email. I got no response. I sent my wife there the next day. She was there on time and waited for the tires to be changed over. We were told they would be about 4 hours. We didn?t get our vehicle back until 7PM. No one is at the desk when you get there. When you do meet someone they have no idea what?s going on until they look at the screen to confirm the appointment. They don?t communicate with anyone with the answering service. I was given a price online. I had to pay almost 300 dollars more than what the online deal was. Terrible experience. I will never go back to this facility or recommend them to anyone in the future. Do better.....
