Called around looking for brake job price. Found that this local does brakes while most TWH stores don't. Was told by employee to buy parts and they would do and charge the labor only. Place is 30+ miles away but I drove down and asked that same employee if that arrangement was legit. He assured me it was the method there so I went to NAPA and paid out $500+ for the parts. On the morning of the appointment I met the store manager who said that this was not their policy. He said he'd look into it. Next day he said he turned the case over to his DM who the next day turned it over to his boss. In the mean time I learned that the said employee who I had dealt with, was new and didn't understand policy. The store mgr also admitted that this fellow was working without the mgr's supervision and training. After 4 days I'm SOL and the said employee and mgr still have their jobs. BTW, who is this mystery owner who does not identify himself and says nothing about actually correcting the problems and complaints. Also your whole parking lot is iced over!! At least sand it!!....
